Realistically, a slave on earth isn’t bound by the same laws one would be on Gor.  An earth slave has to make the choice to seek out a Master. She has to consensually kneel to her Master and accept his collar.

She can take her time and find one, that ss compatible, that she knows she can please and serve well, and the Master can choose one that he finds pleasing and know won’t be stolen from him.

 They go into the Master/slave relationship together, both seeking to get their mutual needs and wants meant… It takes effort from both parties to make it work successfully, and like anything worth doing, its not always ”easy“.

We have laws and legalities that get in the way of absolute bondage.  Things that say she can never truly be an animal, or bound to him by law. That she has rights as a person and a citizen of the state or country she resides in. These things get in the way of owning her legally.

However, a girl can give up her rights to use these things, to choose to accept help from outsiders, or choose to live her life in a way that would make most feminists turn over in their grave; to be the property of a man,that it is consensual and she would intentionally seek this kind of relationship out. That a woman would want to be owned by a man; even when society is against the idea of a woman wanting to be at a man’s feet instead of at his side. 

That a woman might want to be nothing more than chattel, property, helpless at a man’s mercy, to be throw to his feet, and that she might feel that this is where she wants to be and that it is her place. And that she might even BEG for the right to be there.

 Giving up free will and being under her Master’s power. She may physically kneel to his collar, but the power comes from his psychological and emotional control, from knowing his girl inside and out, knowing how to get what he wants from her. Leaving her emotionally vulnerable and totally at his mercy.

Which is why I think mental aspects are so important towards helping the relationship stay strong, and having a girl truly believe inside her own head that she is owned, possessed, and unable to leave without permission...

It is a lot of work on the part of the Master as well; a girl cannot stay enslaved if a Master won’t put any effort into the ownership. If a slave is neglected and ignored long enough, odds are she would leave eventually, and an unhappy slave even while there isn’t likely to serve a Master as well as a healthy and happy one.

This is a huge responsibility on the part of a Master. He has to take the time to learn his girl’s personality and all of what makes her tick, all of her baggage, her fears, her wants, her desires, what makes her laugh, what makes her cry. Knowing who she is will give him the tools to guide her, manipulate her, brainwash her, and control her.

This takes trust. I truly believe these kinds of intimate, deep, long-term relationships can not only be healthy, but happy for both parties.  A Master would need patience. To learn his girl well, to show her he doesn’t mean to harm her psychologically, or destroy her.  She has to trust, going into the relationship that when she comes out the other side, she’s not damaged.

A woman may need to yield to a man in all aspects of her life, but on earth, she has the right, and in my opinion the responsibility of choosing her Master wisely. Making an educated decision, and picking a partner that will suit her and not rushing into something just to feel it.

I also do not believe this is a gift she gives him. She is obviously getting something in return. She is getting his Mastery, his dominance, she should never forget to appreciate how much work and effort a Master also puts into the relationship. It is a mutually beneficial arrangement where both parties of vastly different needs, come together and get their needs meet.

It’s a balance. Yin and Yang. She is soft, obedient and feminine to his Masculine energy, control and power. It is not equal. It is not comparable… but it is a balance in my opinion. They both need each other to fulfill different desires. One without the other wouldn’t be possible all on its own… and together, they become stronger and do more than they could individually.
